早餐:香蕉1根+綜合堅果6顆

午餐:大干貝炒玉米荀高麗菜+大蕃茄牛肉燉煮+小7糖燻雞+小7卡布奇諾

晚餐:泰之初檸檬雞烤餅一半+薯條4根+紅茶半杯
57.3 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
