One week ago today, my father passed away unexpectedly. It was a very hard week. We were very close. Fortunately family and friends have come together to show their support and condolences. There has been an abundance of visitors bringing so much comfort food ( casseroles, fried chicken, pizzas, etc)
I haven't been counting my calories for a week now, but today I'm getting back on track. All in all I did well in not eating my feelings, although I did indulge a bit. But I'm still on track to meet my goals. Dad would want me to stay on track, so I'm being strong and staying committed to my health.
