Here's what i've been up to: This the first time I have been strict with both my diet AND exercise. I'm sure my weight loss will slow down soon but I have been extatic so far with how great my jeans fit, lol. I am done with fast food...unfortunately I had to go to mcdonalds today but I ate a wrap and had water...I am done with coke finally too I think. I have been having maybe one every 3 days which is miraculous. I had been having more heart racing issues(which apparently is called Tachycardia) and we found out that in addition to stress, caffeine can trigger it too...so, I stopped then and there. Been pretty good.

My new workout regimine is great too. My husband is making me go the first 2 weeks with no breaks and then I can start having Sundays off optionally, lmao. He's so supportive and a pretty good trainer. He is actually doing the 100 pushup challenge right now. He started working out every night too like 2 weeks ago and the little bugger already is getting his abs defined. How is that possible? I can see my muscles apearing too. My quads are getting big like they used to be :D I am doing a DVD every other day from Jilliam Michaels from the Biggest Loser..30 Day Shred. Holy crap it works. No joke. I am going to become a spokesman for this dvd, lol. It's only 20 minutes but such high intensity and it is working.

I even survived my first few roadblocks. We went to my brothers for the football games last Sunday and he ordered wings and I brought a healthy sandwich and banana with me to his house! Then last night we went out with friends to celebrate an engagement and we ate at home first and only got dessert there which I saved my calories for all day :) So I have been doing good! And my hubby is not going to let me slack off this time. Knowing he's working out motivates me and vice versa so we are helping each other :) I'm gonna try to write in this thing more often too, please pester me if I don't ;)

Wow, that sounds like you're doing fantastic! I wish I had a husband like yours. My boyfriend needs to lose weight too, but he hasn't gotten motivated.
