sumpah yg baru mulai diet dan kekeuh makan di kalori ratusan (tanpa konsul dokter) mending stop deh WKWKWK nyesel bet dulu gatau apa apa dan asal cut calorie, efeknya sekarang jadi susah ngontrol makan hadehhh udh berhasil back on track hampir seminggu eh malah binge lagi😌😌 dahlah gapapa, besok coba lagi yaa! *pukpuk buat diri sendiri*
