My eating has been atrocious I been eating pure junk. I have to do better and have gained a lot of weight back. I was wondering that it was going to affect my cycle yesterday 50 miles but it didn’t at all. I actually rode better than usual but the course was really simple. there was a strong head wind. Which I actually don’t mind I stay positive and say this will make be a stronger rider. Other ppl in the pack hated it. Some ppl had never done 50 miles. I want to do 63 and 100 miles one day. Tonight I want to research an eating plan I can follow probably with a lot of smoothies and soups.
