hari pertama haid, dari kemarin kepala pusing+masuk angin. beberapa hari kemarin nafsu makan naik tp untung bisa diatur meskipun makronya agak ngaco. Dan senangnya skrg siklus haid udah teratur semenjak mulai jaga pola makan.
