I am re-starting today. It is such a hard journey and I need to be strong for myself. i would like to loose 58.6kg but my first mini goal is 13.6kg. I never really feel quite as fat as I am. But I am realizing that I am. Fat. Acceptance is the first step. I am doing this for me and no one else.
