So I think that increasing my calories has upped my metabolism. I've woken up hungry the past two days. Which is the point. Jump start my metabolism and then reduce my calories back down after it gets used to this. I'm trying to sit around 1800 calories a day. It's actually kind of hard to get them up high now that I'm used to eating low-cal foods and whatnot.

But with this food increase my body is sitting comfortably at 136.5 pounds. Not a bad weight. I would probably be ok with this one for a while. But I'm afraid that if I don't get down to my goal weight that after a few years my goal weight will go up again and again and again until I'm not at a healthy weight anymore. So better to not give up on this one.
