well, i had 2 weeks off from work and didnt really stick to my diet. i had family that came from mexico to visit my gramps, and we took them out to eat and had a lot of family gatherings. my gramps cancer removal/biopsy surgery went well, but we wont know the results until sometime this week.
<p>
I was also sick for about week and I thought that would help me lose a couple pounds, but i actually gained weight while being sick! I skipped a couple of work outs, but I am going to my class tonight.
<p>
My new year's resolution is to lose weight and to be under 200. My sister might get married this year, if she loses her babyfat, and i want to look good at that wedding! whether its this year or 2010!
