Another successful day of keto and intermittent fasting. I love not feeling hungry and my energy level is increasing over time, especially since I am exercising 6 days a week! My body is feeling it but it feels good to have sore muscles, I know I’m doing something! Can’t wait to start seeing my face slim down.
