I feel so accomplished tonight. I have stuck to my diet, drank 64oz plus water today and even went for a nice brisk walk late this afternoon. I feel very relaxed and hopful for my future days on Atkins. I am very excited about starting my first challenge tomorrow and hope i can stick to it! Good night!
