Baked snickerdoodles and butterscotch bars today. Christmas cookies are officially DONE!! three trays are wrapped up and ready to go tomorrow :)) 5 more trays to put together this week but the hard part is over. It was really awesome how involved my family was this year with the cookies. It was such a nice family time and we are all taking pride in the finished cookie trays! I am one blessed and happy mom :)))
Exercise: 45 min crossramp 3.6 miles, 45 min weight lifting upper body Vitamins: No Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - new spots, more healing, no trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea, face is dry again will need to use the moisturizer, red blotches are becoming lighter. So frustrating I have been so very good with not eating trigger foods and still it persists... I guess the exercise is contributing :(
