Hopefully preparing for the week will keep me on track. Mustard glazed chicken thighs, pictured. Still in the slow cooker, balsamic braised short ribs. Skirt steak tacos, later in the week. Most likely, I’ll have the short ribs tonight 😋

I'm making mustard and parm crusted chicken breasts tonight. Not sure if I'm gonna use air fryer or oven..yours look delicious!

I used melted butter, brown mustard, pepper & sage salt. The skin was 😋

Yes, 425F 45mim or until thermometer reads 165F when inserted into center.
