Semalam kan seharian wat diet IU, hasilnya pagi tadi terkejut berok bila tengok angka timbangan 67.7kg daripada 68.4kg semalam. Tengok pagi esok camner..
67.7 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

*Diet ni boleh buat 3 hari shj* Sarapan Epal besar 1 bj Lunch Keledek rebus 2 bj (300g) Dinner Protien shake Boleh minum tea o, kopi o, nescafe o, TANPA GULA, boleh guna stevia. Kalo rasa lapar between meal tu, boleh makan telor rebus tanpa kuningnya tu. ®®®®®®®®®®® -resepi protien shake kak Piah- Susu anlene 4 sudu Oat 1/4 cup (rendam air panas) Chiaseed 1 tsp (kalo ada) Stevia 1 titis Air masak sejuk 250ml *BLEND SEMUA* Total 600kcal
