Okay So I'm back! I just started my second week of T25 and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! It is super fun the first week I will admit was awful.I did the 5 day jump start that get you into clean eating and starts you on the work out cycle. It was horrible you are allotted 1100 calories a day and are doing a seriously intense workout.I did drop 2.2 LBs and 4.5 inches altogether so it was successful week but I know I was not a pleasant person towards the end of the week. After being hungry and grumpy today being on 1600 calories is amazing(FOOD!) :) also I actually "Naild" T25 Cardio.It felt amazing to be so improved after just a week! Here's to another week of T25 and hopefully Nailing it!
