The best spaetzle I’ve ever had was in Strasbourg at a restaurant called La Corde à Linge. It came with pork schnitzel in a creamy mustard mushroom sauce. It was the type of dish that when it’s finished, you feel a little sad it’s over. Do you make yours from scratch or buy it already prepared?
