I’ve had a really good week as far as getting back on track toward a healthier version of myself. I finally increased my exercise and I’ve felt great! I’ve been power walking with hand weights four miles a day every day this week. I worked out on my row machine for 30 min and my elliptical for 20 minutes 3 times this week and am getting ready to do it again today. So, I’m very happy with myself this week after threatening myself with exercising more for about a month now. What a difference it makes in how I feel! I know I’m speaking the obvious, but I have to remind my lazy self this. I pray everyone has had a great week and has a fabulous weekend!
