SO of course, because I am closer than ever to a significant goal, I went off my diet for a month. Gained a few pounds. I actually gained more than is reflected here, I just couldn't bring myself to put the weight in until I lost some. You know, that's ok. It's a lifestyle change. This is something I hope I will be doing for the rest of my life. Not just the next month or year. So it's ok to fall off the wagon, so long as I get back on. Hopefully I just won't fall off for quite so long next time! My favorite saying goes something like, 'fall down seven times, get up eight.' Sorry for the level of cheese in this entry!
