time to hold myself accountable here and way behind on my steps I had a goal of averaging 17,500 steps from September 19th to March 19th I am currently 153189 steps behind. I need to average 18,644 steps per day to reach my goal. on a positive note I have been going to the gym a little more and lifting weights. I work a 12-hour shift at the liquor store today so hopefully I can hit at least 20,000 steps wish me luck I need it
