Semalem bikin overnight oat. cuma lupa naro malah di freezer. pagi2 mau sarapan kaya makan eskrim, mana sarapan di kantor, waktunya terbatas. jadi cuma kemakan 1/2 bowl aja :')

Ga ada resep, cuma oatmilk energen diseduh biasa, trus disusun berlayer ganti2an sama Buah naga, pisang, chia seed. Klo mau lebih enak kayanya bisa dicampur sama yoghurt / susu lowfat. Resep banyak di Cookpad kak :-)
