Terlalu cepat turunnya.. Padahal cuma ngurangi sekitar 300 kalori..
Mungkin karena BB Q masih jauh dari ideal jadi lebih cepat turunnya ya?
Kalo mau ideal masih butuh 20 kg lg PR ny
