Tips buat nurunin BB untuk ibu menyusui dong bun :( bb naik kebangetan tapi mau diet takut asinya berkurang

defisit kalori aja bun, tapi diperbanyak makan sayur, protein gitu, minum susu almond biar asi lancar

sya jg masih menyusui karbo saya ganti karbo kompleks (ubi. jagung.labu dll) sayur & protein banyakin. jgn sering ditumis/goreng. kukus/rebus lbh baik
