I have been doing so poorly. I haven't been recording my food, I haven't been able to exercise for four days, yesterday was my first day back. I've been eating crap I was up a pound this morning, I haven't lost weight in two weeks, blah, blah, blah, whoa is me. My emotional turmoil continues, the stress factor of the holidays and money flying out of my pocket every opportunity it can is too much for me to handle right now. My goals seem to be getting away from me. I think I've hit that weight loss wall!
