I wish I wasn’t so overweight 😭
I felt so gross in the studio and I’ve officially gained back to where I started. I had a mental breakdown last night and I feel so helpless and defeated....

Hi we don't know each other but I saw your post and just had to message you. I've been overweight for years now and have been trying to lose weight without much success. I've recently started exercising and counting calories again. I don't really have any words of wisdom for you. I guess I just wanted to tell you that you are not alone in this struggle and it's normal to have some setbacks. We're only human afterall.
