kemarin sempet makan mie pangsit 1 mangkok. eh pagi timbang . sdh naek 1 kg aja nie BERAT BADAN.dahsyat bgggt ni mie ayam 🙄😏

mungkin pas timbang sebelumnya kondisi badan low dehidrasi, perut kosong dll jd rendah. itu bukan cuma efek mi ayam tapi ada juga cairan2 dr air putih yg belum keluar jd air kencing, bab, dll.. tapi sebisa mungkin hindari mie ayam kak hehe kalorinya semangkok bisa 500an 😇
