Diet ala artis kpop IU kak, sarapan apel 1, siang sweet potato 1 atau 2, malem protein shake ajaa tapi tidak disarankan kak karna dibawah bmr banget dan gaada 1000 kalori :( cuma mau eksperimen aja kuat / engga penasaran wkwk
