Ugh 😩 I haven’t logged anything today !
I had a protein shake after the workout , a salami and cheese sandwich with like 10 grapes , and then candy . Didn’t have time for an actual meal today 😔 horrible .
What did YOU eat today dp?!??! Anything yummy after your revelation yesterday about tuna packs 🤣

One thing I’ve found is that losing weight isn’t worth it to me if I can’t have things like candy on Halloween, dessert at Christmas and extra servings at Thanksgiving. Just don’t do it all the time ;). Once you log it all you’ll see that you didn’t do a lot of damage. Unless you ate like a bag each of the York patties and the Reece’s lol. Then yes, you are in trouble for the next few days lol.

And you are so right peeper j , I have this all or nothing mentality and it’s not right and not effective . I go all in and burn out and binge . I have got to find a way to stop telling myself mentally “I messed up” every time I eat out or eat a sweet . I hope to find my way with balanced eating that doesn’t cause me to deem myself “bad” or “good”
