Udh betul kok ngitungnya pake aplikasi ini. Nasinya cuma 30gram
Dada ayam 70gram. Buncis 20gram. Kecap manis 1sdm. Saori 1 sdm. Cabe 10gram. Bawang putih 1siung kecil. Jadinya 300an kkal.
