Miilkarifa, ini pke kelapa cuman 20g kok hehe biar kerasa sperti putu ayu aja maka nya pke kelapa 😂
All ini Resep nya yah:
Bahan:
- 25g telur (1 butir kocok lepas lalu dipake stgh nya aja sisa nya bsa di bikin dadar hehe)
- 20g kelapa parut (dikukus dulu bntr biar gak cpt basi)
- 30g tp. terigu (ato setara 3sdm no munjung yah)
- 5 sdt gula pasir (minim gula kan lagi defkal hehe)
- 2g santan bubuk (gak nyampe sdt kok biar gurih aja dikit hehe)
- 100ml air
- 1 sdt garam
- 1 sdt vanili
- 1 sdt baking powder
- 2g cocoa powder (buat dptin warna jd optional yah)
- itu keju optional krna anak minta pk keju 😂😂

Oh iya lupa aku pke tbm/sp dikit aja yah sekitar stgh nya sdt yap .. (di fs gda jd kelupaan hehe)
Cara membuat :
- Kocok telur, sp, vanili dan gula pasir sampai putih kaku. (No mixer aja palingan cuma 5-10 menit krna porsi sdkt)
- setelah kaku masukan bahan lain kecuali kelapa parut.
- siapkan loyang (me : diameter 12cm), oles pke minyak biar nanti gak lengkep.
- masukan kelapa parut, tekan2 dibawah loyang. Lalu masukan adonan td.
- siapkan kukusan yg sdh di panaskan, kukus kurang lebih 15 mnt
