pekan kemarin parah banget.... jumat sabtu makan sekali doank di siang itu pun oatmeal ama telur, minggu malah gak makan seharian. lingkar perut berkurang 3cm. Hri ini pun cuma makan oatmeal lagi di siang hari. Tau sih salah, tapi lagi gak mood bgt makan.
