Finally down to 73kg, or 11stones 7lbs in 'old money'. This puts me just into the normal range and no longer overweight according to some charts, but my BMI is just above normal at 25.3 So I feel I've almost reached my goal although I'd like to lose another few pounds so I'm not trying to maintain on a knife edge. But the last pounds are hard, maybe I need to carry round a ruck sack weighing what I've lost to burn more calories! And somehow overcome snacking cravings just before bedtime.

If you eat small meals but more often you won't get peckish, also drinking the recommended amount of water a day for your body will fill you up so you don't eat as much, sometimes feeling peckish can actually be because you need a drink believe it or not

Thanks for your suggestion Imered. That's a good point, I tend to drink less as the day goes on 😁
