I took the time today to look over my weight journal. And figured out that I have lost a total of 12 pounds this year. Over all 2 inches lost. Except my waist I have lost 5 1/2 inches! This gives me a total of 50 pounds lost!! I am proud of myself! I have 18 pounds left to make my goal. And I have set myself a deadline of March 31st 2009 to do so.
A laid back approach worked very well for me in the very beginning. And then I more serious I took this the more results I would see. Now there is no more laid back. I want to complete this journey and move on. To just maintaining a healthy life. Not worry about my weight.
All along I have told myself that this is a lifestyle change not a race. Well....now it is a race against myself and I WILL WIN!!!! I CAN do this!!
