g kerasa 3 minggu sdh diet2 la tya ariesta yg awalnya cm coba2 .karena slama ini typ NIAT diet pasti gagal di minggu ke2. mgkin sy sdh nyaman dg jam makanq . Alhamdulillh sdh sdkit penurunan di 4,8kg. di AWAL Mgkin rasanya kaget dan bingung tp jalan kesini . perut sdh terbiasa dg kata lapar. semangat!! Msh 14 kg menanti semoga istiqomah trs .amin
