Aku lg ga program penurunan berat badan kak, lagi shaping. Bahkan tadi sarapan kesiangan jd makan siang blm. Ini sehari baru makan 2x 550 kkal an. Masih jauh dr BMR hehe.
But thanks masukannya kak mungkin bisa utk masukkan aku klo next time mau weight loss.
