:) Went for a trail walk today, I haven't been walking since before Thanksgiving when I was having trouble with my back. I am glad to be back to the park and getting my sunshine :)
Put together the recipes I will be using for cookie platter gifts. Made a batch of oatmeal butterscotch bars as a test. Didn't taste any of it... more baking to come. It is going to be hard not tasting what I make but I need to do this! and then come Christmas the cookies should be a special treat for me also LOL.
Exercise: 70 min trail walking 4.6 miles Vitamins: Yes Rosacea: 2 = mild-to-moderate flare, new spot but also more healing, used the moisturizer. No trigger foods eaten. May have problems with the cold air as being a trigger

Enjoy the baking, you are right it is nice to do some homemade baking. I don't do it except at the holidays, I love to ccok, almost theraputic, and to me it is a gift of the heart, but baking not my strong suit, I think its because you have to be so exact, in the measurements etc, and I tend to be more creative, a pinch of that a dash of that...:) So, I totally rely on my daughter's help when it comes to baking, in addition, she will have to be my tester, like you I must ward off temptation, but it will be that much sweeter when I allow myself a treat at Christmas. Enjoy you day.....chat soon. Oh, thanks for the PM, diet plan sounds very sensible, and can so totally become incorporated into a plan for life.
