The reason I pit poorly on following my diet is number 1, I'm not eating enough. Number 2, I 'm having a midnight snack right before bed which consist of 2 tablespoons of whipped peanut butter and an Atkins meal bar. I have stayed on the diet, no sugar, flour, etc., but I have not ate the proper number of meals and I'm not getting in all my vegetables and water! I have been drinking a heavy amount of diet Mtn.Dew as well. So that is why my weight ls soooooo slow. Starting today I will take out my late night snack, add more greens, and start walking as soon as I get this cold out of my system.
