Started to snow today... I was so cold and just kept thinking about what hot comfort foods I could eat. I couldn't think of anything to eat that didn't have trigger foods in it. I put some beans out to soak for hot soup tomorrow.
I think I need to start eating yogurt again.
Exercise: 45 min elliptical 2.8 miles, 45 min weight lifting lower body. Vitamins: Yes Rosacea: 2 = mild-to-moderate flare, YAY no new spots and more healing, used the moisturizer. No trigger foods eaten. If I stay away from trigger foods this weekend I should be on my way to all the spots healing!
