Mental stress is keeping me up, I just can’t turn my brain off 😞
I tried reading, but my thoughts keep returning.
Watching tv & drinking a calming herbal tea now.

I often can't get my brain to turn off either... it races and other thought keep flooding in. Here is something that helps me. Find something you've never read before... a newspaper article works well... or a book you've never picked up. Start reading very slowly... focus on every word... don't scan it at all. Focusing on each and every word helps to slow me down and helps to drown out the offending thoughts. It's not fool proof, but it does help me. Just my two cents!! Good luck!!

I ended up with less than 3.5 hours of sleep. It’s going to be a long day 😞
