昨天晚上吃了2碗冬瓜,我只能說冬瓜超利尿的,尿量很多又多次,早上體重真的是驚喜! 加上昨天熱量攝取有控制不超過1500卡又更幫助減肥囉~ 今天早上喝大豆蛋白,中午吃腳庫飯+綜合水果,晚餐只喝冬瓜雞腿湯,裝了滿滿2碗料。 明天就是減肥2個月成果表現了,希望不會太差。 (今天體脂33.2%)
