Hello Well it's mid week now and I am still having what shall I call it um food issues. I have been eating much lighter and trying to avoid pastas and breads etc. Which for me is a killer to say the least. I'm starting to think that I have overate these products and have developed a sensitivity to them. Don't really know if it's even possible, however I do know that after I consume them I have a terrible gut ache, and of course the reprocussions the morning after. Now though since I have been eating so lightly I have also shrunk my stomach too. I am not complaining and I'm obviously eating enough to keep myself going so no real harm there as far as I'm concerned. Although others may see it differently. Even yesterday I went to pick up a few things while grocery shopping and I had a breakdown because I could not figure out what I wanted to eat and nothing appealed to me. Now that is beyond sad, specially when I can shop with no issue for others. Well that's it for me. Got to say it is just one of those things.
