queridos, quiero sus consejos. comence mi entrenamiento con peso y subi la ingesta de proteina de 60 grs a 85 88 grs casi todos los dias,con yogurt protein y alimentacion. estaba pensando incorporar WHEY PROTEIN. que opinan?
