DIET - Just fasted for 36hrs. Felt hunger pain (aka leptin signaling fat cell death AND trying to alert me that I'm not putting in calories it's use to LOL) for 2mins at the 24hr point. When I awoke I felt hunger pain again for 10mins at 33hr point. Drank 6 cups of water over the next 3hrs. Now exercising before breaking the fast. I'm eliminating plant toxins. So my calories will be from grass fed and wild caught, free range, NonGMO, nonHormone organic meat. My vegan cycle was very productive. However I've been sneezing and runny nose for a couple weeks (maybe just seasonal change) and curious if I can end that. * Stopping all supplements except Vitamin C, D, and 5g Creatine (no creatine needed today because I had 1038g of fish& beef=about 4.58g creatine... estimating 2g creatine per lb beef/fish) * Stopping all plants except olives, olive oil, and coconut oil * Note: Soy & wheat protein take 40g+ protein to stimulate muscle GROWTH, but whey only takes 25g protein (to get 2.5g Leucine which triggers mTor) * 0.8g/kgBW protein to preserve muscle * 1.6g/kgBW protein to stimulate synthesis
