感覺減的都是水份居多,昨天大便2次(早上、晚上),半夜起來上2次廁所,真懷疑怎麼那麼多水可以排,因為昨天水喝不足2000c. c. 。 早上如願降下來,但是不要太興奮導致又上升了,要努力站穩腳步,放輕鬆~ 加油! (今天體脂35%)
