1 Bulan Cuma Turun 1,4 Kg . Kurang gak sih? katanya kan seminggu 0,5 - 1 kg. harusnya 1 bulan 2-4 kg ya? makan di kalori 1250-1300 , TDEE 1600 BMR 1300 . WO Seminggu 4-5 hari , kadang klo kondisi Drop WO hanya Yoga 30 menit, klo lagi sehat bisa low impact cardio 55 menit . krna posisi lagi sakit Lupus , jadi agak susah nyesuaikan badan .
