No change on last week, but not too fussed really.

If I can stay in the 150s I'll be more than happy, as all the hard work over the last 9 months or so has been achieved.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 39.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

You should be happy with what you have accomplished as well just 4kg to go

I stayed the about the same at about the same weight as yours for three or so weeks, and now all of sudden I see a movement in the right direction! Keep doing what you are doing, when the body adjusts to the changes you have already made, the weight will start going down again. Just remember the sleep is just as important as the diet. Well done for getting this far! Massive achievement!
