I have been beyond really stressed 😩 I have not slept well or eaten. I went to a salad shop and could barely eat it. I did go to a cafe and get a protein shake. I am not hungry too 😥 On to the fitness of it all haha. I did go to the night ride it’s a meh 😑 for me. Once on the ride it is unsafe and then there soooo many street lights annoying. I walked to try to clear my head did not work. I did not cycle in the evening. On Saturday morning I went to bootcamp with light weights. Really good workout hiit short and sweet. I did decide to ride my bike 🚴🏾 25 miles most everyone I know rode 40 to 50 miles so I feel like a loser. Also I just do not know how to get faster for the life of me. I try and try.
