Just restarted diet and PFF.

Goals: 2200 calories/day
1 gallon water
PFF 2x/week
Exercise Non PFF minimum 400 cal x3/week

Short term goal: 289 lbs by November 6
Loss: 13 lbs

Goal: 10 lbs/279

210-225 lbs

Turkish get up at home
