Alhamdulillah hari ini bisa olahraga. Senin lalu nyoba lg WO Chloe Ting yg full body+lower abs, besoknya pegel sekujur tubuh 🤣 anw, ternyata kalori di app Strava (atas) gak akurat, jd kudu ngitung lg dan hasilnya cuma 200an kal *gak punya smartwatch* 😅
