15 min walking before work--even just that kicks starts my day and makes the whole day better. OT continues. Straight from work to the fitness center. Warmed up with 15 min on the stationary bike then did the circut machines. Recorded the weights and reps just as a starting point to see how I progress. Sore muscles afte the 2nd day. Will try my best to go tomorrow. They close early on Fri. so will have to skip that day with the Ot. May have to stop at home to let the dogs out till the overtime starts just a few bocks out of the way. Haven't had any puddles for awhile until today.
