Enhanced the cabbage soup with sautéed onion and minced garlic. Added carrots, celery, fire roasted diced tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, kale and seasoning.

That's kind of like the cabbage soup diet but you do it for a whole week looks great

Hey Jenny! I have been eating it all week, not because I'm on a diet, because it's just me, I like it, it made a whole pot, an I'm on a budget so it was planned! 🙂

OK cool that's a good low cost meal I'm starting my cabbage diet today since I can't do IF it will help me to get a few pounds off hopefully
